Alicia currently Heads the Family Law Group and provides the full range of Family Law services in particular property division, spousal maintenance and childrens' care arrangements. She works closely with clients' Accountants and Financial Planners, Psychiatrists, Mediators and Family Support services to achieve the best results for clients.

Justin is a commercial litigator with expertise in the areas of corporate insolvency and intellectual property. He was recruited from leading commercial law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler in October 2008.

Justin has acted in some of Australia 's most significant and complex insolvency litigation in recent years including:  

• landmark High Court appeals in Sons of Gwalia Ltd v Margaretic ; and
• numerous proceedings on behalf of the Administrators of Ansett Australia including appeals to the High Court against International Air Transport Association.

Justin is also skilled in handling intellectual property disputes. He has represented artists, film makers, manufacturers, importers and pharmaceutical companies in a range of matters involving copyright, designs, trade marks and actions for passing off.

Alan has practiced as a barrister and solicitor for over 35 years. His most notable recent achievement was the successful defence of his client in the Ballarat and Geelong petrol price fixing cases prosecuted by the ACCC in the Federal and High Courts over a period of 5 years.

Alan's numerous community activities have included membership of Apex, Presidency of the Geelong Law Association, membership of the Victorian Law Institute Council and the Committee of the Victorian Law Foundation.
