Working at Coulter Roache
Coulter Roache is proud of our culture and working environment and believe we are recognised as a great firm to work for. While we expect utmost professionalism from our staff we also aim to foster a 'family atmosphere' which everyone enjoys.
Our staff are expected to maintain high standards to ensure our reputation is preserved and enhanced. It is our aim to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
Our staff are expected to work hard but also encouraged to participate in the many social and community activities our firm supports. These include the Barwon Banks Fun Run, Corporate Rowing Regatta, Backlinks Big Day Out and many more. Within the day to day life of the firm we run Footy Tipping competitions, Bake-off competitions, monthly casual dress day, Friday evening drinks, fish and chip lunches and much more.
Continuing Education and Development
Our firm provides continuous education and development opportunities for staff. We believe that by developing our staff we are building better lawyers for the future.
Staff are encouraged to take responsibility for their own development and keeping their skills up to date. Opportunities to do this are by attending external seminars, workshops, forums and regular in-house training which are paid for by the firm. Partners and professional staff are also encouraged to share knowledge both from formal training as well as from interesting cases and developments they are working on. This is done in formal training sessions as well as during day to day interactions.
