Traineeships
Coulter Roache recruits between 1-2 trainees onto the traineeship programme each year. The firm goes through an extensive recruitment process because we believe in hiring staff based on their character first and then exceptional grades or legal skills and abilities. A high number of trainees from previous years have gone on to become lawyers in our firm.
Trainees follow a formal traineeship programme which has been set out by the LIV and they are given the opportunity to gain experience in most practice areas within in the firm. Trainees, as with the lawyers, are expected to attend all training sessions to continue enhancing their skills and knowledge in the field of law.
Coulter Roache have competed the selection process for 2010 Trainees and these people have been appointed.
