Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to work on a part-time basis to supervise and manage the firm's accounting needs. The role would suit a parent returning to the workforce or someone who is looking to reduce their work hours.

This role encompasses a variety of financial duties including:-

• reconciliations
• month end reporting
• general ledgers
• asset maintenance
• back up to payroll
• back up to accounts payable and receivable.

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the role. They will need to be flexible and have the ability to manage their time effectively to meet the fast paced and high work commitments of the role. The role will suit an enthusiastic and proactive person with excellent communication skills.

Previous experience in a professional services firm is essential, preferably in an accounting or legal practice.
