Cherie
has a Law Commerce Degree and has worked in law for over 10
years. Cherie has experience in all areas of commercial law
including buying and selling businesses, leasing, franchising,
contracts and agreements. She has also extensive experience
in property law services including conveyancing, auctions, stamp
duty, subdivisions, contracts, and buying off the plan.

Having completed degrees
in Law and Commerce with a major in Economics, Michael
has gained experience over the last 3 years in Commercial
law, with particular knowledge of Corporations Law. Michael
has had exposure to large commercial matters and now works in
the Commercial Group handling purchase and sales of business,
business structuring, franchising, commercial leasing, trade
practices, general contract advice and workplace relations.
Michael also has experience in Sports Law, is a member of ANZSLA
and has provided advices to both professional and local sporting
clubs on a variety of issues.

April is a lawyer
working in the Wills & Estates Group assisting Kevin
Roache and Vaughan Lamb with research and drafting of
wills, complex estate and succession planning, all forms
of trusts, powers of attorney and handles probate. April
provides services to individual and corporate clients
and has a strong interest in financial issues impacting
on Asset Protection, having completed a Foundation Diploma
in Financial Planning.

Anne O'Loughlin

Anne
joined the firm in November 2005 in response to our Family
Law Groups' growth and development. Anne has years of
experience as a prosecutor with the Department of Justice
handling matters in the Magistrates' and County Courts.
She currently predominantly handles affidavits, intervention
orders, divorce applications, conducts appearances in
Court, and assists with the finalisation of family law
and de facto property orders and agreements. Anne also
assists new clients who are seeking Family Law advice
by identifying their exact legal problems.

Stewart
joined Coulter Roache in September 2007 to work in its
Litigation Team. He is an experienced litigator and
Court advocate and handles a number of the firm's contractual,
partnership, business and lease disputes as well as a
range of debt recovery matters. He also deals with criminal
litigation mostly comprising assault, traffic and fraud charges.
