We have taken a fresh approach to meet strong demand and ensure clients can continue to access legal services safely and with ease during these challenging times, with the introduction of drive-through signing of wills and powers of attorney.
Leveraging the existing, innovative online platforms Coulter Roache currently offers, including a strong partnership with Settify and online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Skype, clients will be able to complete the required information and review their Wills and Powers of Attorney through an online meeting, before attending (by appointment only) the signing and witnessing of their documents from the safety of their car.
Whilst this seems an unconventional method, the significant increase in demand for Wills and Powers of Attorney during this time demands an innovative response from law firms, and Coulter Roache is responding to this demand.
Principal at Coulter Roache, Kevin Roache explains “What we have arranged is an alternate method of signing in this unusual period. It is safe, secure and compliant and takes into consideration the safety of all concerned.”
With respect for social distancing and ensuring both staff and clients are safely interacting, Coulter Roache will use the reduced traffic and unique structure of the office at 235 Ryrie Street to offer the drive-through signing option.
Special Counsel at Coulter Roache, Stefan Manche said “We are proud to be offering this unique solution to our clients, which allows us to continue to offer our end-to-end estate planning services, whilst keeping the safety of our clients and our people as our top priority. Alongside our online signing process, the addition of this service ensures that convenient, safe and efficient document signing is accessible to all our clients.”
Coulter Roache have several options for the signing of documents already in place, and this option will add more choice for our clients. The drive-through signing option will be available by appointment only.
