Daniel is a Senior Lawyer in our Wills, Estates & Succession Planning Geelong team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor from RMIT University.
Since joining Coulter Roache in July 2014, Daniel’s focus has been assisting clients with their estate planning, superannuation and asset protection as well as matters involving contested wills and estates. He was successful in defending a Part IV claim by a domestic partner in Semmler v Todd  VSC 567. Daniel's adaptive approach responds to your individual needs to deliver responsive advice and documentation.
Daniel attends our Bannockburn office, where he is also involved in the regional business community, including his role as the President of Bannockburn Chamber of Commerce.
