Jade Hovey

Jade is a Senior Associate in our Family & Relationship Law team, who specialises in family violence matters and intervention order proceedings.

Since completing her Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminology at Deakin University, Jade was employed by Victoria Police and obtained extensive experience in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria prosecuting criminal and intervention order matters.

Her previous experience in Victoria Police has allowed her to obtain an in-depth knowledge of family violence, personal safety, and intervention order proceedings.

Jade is compassionate and empathetic, and strives to assist clients through difficult and challenging times. She is available to assist clients at the Geelong and Melbourne offices with general family law, divorce, parenting, and property matters in addition to family violence and intervention order matters.
