Laura is originally from Argentina, having also lived in the United States and Spain before moving to Australia. She is an Accredited Specialist in Family
Law and has practiced exclusively in specialist family law firms.

She is keenly attuned to the cultural, emotional and legal aspects of family breakdown and post separation parenting. Laura completed her Honours thesis on the 2012 family violence amendments to the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) and has a particular interest in international family law matters.

Laura also has particular experience in surrogacy and donor agreement matters, helping individuals and couples build or grow their families and helping surrogates achieve their altruistic goals.

She has a critical eye in ascertaining the various commercial and property interests in the context of personal intimate relationships.

Laura is devoted to achieving tailored, cost-effective and timely results by empowering clients with full, frank and empathetic advice. She is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes through out of court settlement approaches and individual and family support services.

Where court is necessary, Laura strongly advocates on behalf of her clients and works hard to achieve great outcomes for her clients.

Laura works across the Melbourne and Geelong offices and is also fluent in Spanish.
