Melaine joined the Property & Development team in 2019 having previously worked at a top tier law firm in Melbourne for 11 years. She has extensive experience in a variety of property matters including residential sale and purchases for private, commercial and institutional clients, off – the plan matters including vacant land and multi complex housing developments. Melaine can also assist with Mortgagee recovery for private and institutional clients and Interstate residential conveyancing transactions.
Melaine has recently been recognised by the Council of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria) as the Legal Executive of the Year 2020.
