Sam Grigg joins Coulter Roache with extensive experience gained primarily as an in-house lawyer, managing significant, high value projects.
With 15 years’ experience in commercial law with both domestic and international exposure, Sam has led the legal function of Metro Trains Melbourne’s Projects Division with a focus on front end negotiation, corporate governance and project delivery. Sam has also held senior legal roles in major national construction contractor John Holland, local engineering firm Kempe Engineering and has advised the State of Victoria on major commercial procurement projects in the public transport sector.
He has worked with a range of contracting models including, alliances, engineer procure and, construct, design and construct, construct only, supply only and maintenance agreements. Sam is a results oriented lawyer who applies a strong commercial focus in assisting his clients through all stages of the project lifecycle.
